Easy Office Meeting Room FAQs

Here are some of the more common frequently asked questions about our meeting room and facilities:

How much notice do you need for booking?

For meetings which require catering at least 7 days notice. For shorter meetings or meetings which require only refreshments we require 2-3 days notice depending on availability.

What is the minimum length of hire?

The meeting room can be booked for half day meetings which is either 9-12.30 or 1-4.30. Extended hours are available upon request. For existing Enhanced Virtual Office users we require a minimum booking of 3 hours subject to availability. Preference will be given to Day Bookings.

What are your payment terms? Do you need a deposit?

Deposit to be paid on reserving the meeting room.  Balance to be paid 48 hours prior to meeting.  Full payment is required should the meeting be less than 48 hours notice.

Is there an internet connection in the room?

Yes. We have internet connectivity in the meeting room, either WIFI or cable depending on your preference.

What facilities does the meeting room have?

We have a whiteboard, flipchart and HDMI projector available. The usage of these facilities are included in the price and are not charged additionally for.

Is Tea and Coffee included?

We include Tea, Coffee and Water as part of the meeting room fee.

Do you offer block booking discounts?

Yes. Depending on the length of time you require the room for, we can provide you with a discounted rate. We also offer discounts for repeat bookings.
